Who we are

nautirgetaways.com is operated by Trinidad Family Vacations, LLC, West Orange, NJ 07052. Nautir Getaways is where a group is organised and where you meet the people sailing with you in the Nautir app. It is not the seller of travel.

Who sells each sailing

• Group and lifestyle sailings are sold by Travel by Trinidad LLC or Off The Grid Getaways, whichever licensed advisor picks up your request. That advisor is the seller of travel and your agent of record.
• Full-ship lifestyle charters are sold by Travel by Trinidad LLC only, and reservations complete on the charter operator's own booking system.
• Desire and Temptation bookings complete on Original Group's own site. They are the seller and handle the reservation, billing and customer service. Travel by Trinidad LLC is a program participant and may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Which terms govern a booking

A booking sold by Travel by Trinidad LLC is governed by its Terms and Conditions and, for a full-ship lifestyle charter, its Charter Terms. A booking sold by Off The Grid Getaways is governed by that agency's terms, which it provides to you before you book. Above both sit the cruise line's, charter operator's or resort's own terms, which neither advisor can override.

What this site shows

• Sailing dates, ships, itineraries and availability are indicative and come from the supplier. The supplier's or operator's booking system is the only accurate record of what is available and what it costs.
• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. A sailing is booked only when the advisor or operator confirms it with you.
• Eligibility rules on adults-only and lifestyle sailings are set by the cruise line or operator. Read them before you ask about a sailing.

Using the site

You agree not to scrape the site, submit false requests, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse or hold a request that looks automated or abusive.

Your information

What we collect and who receives a request is in our privacy policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinidad Family Vacations, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits the terms that govern your booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
