Who we are

nautirgetaways.com is operated by Trinidad Family Vacations, LLC, West Orange, NJ 07052 ("Nautir Getaways", "we", "us"). The same company operates the Nautir app, which has its own privacy policy. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Request details. When you ask about a sailing, you give us your name, email address, phone number, the sailing you are interested in, and anything you type in the message box.
• Site usage. Standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, if you accept it, an advertising pixel that records that you visited and whether you sent a request.
• Bot check. Our forms use a bot protection service that may read your browser's characteristics to tell a person from a script. It does not identify you to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your request about a sailing and to follow up on it.
• To pass your request to a licensed travel advisor, as described below.
• To measure whether our advertising brought you here.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

Who receives your request

Group and lifestyle sailings are sold by Travel by Trinidad LLC or Off The Grid Getaways, whichever advisor picks up your request first. Full-ship lifestyle charters are sold by Travel by Trinidad LLC only. When you send a request, it is stored with that advisor and they contact you directly. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy. Travel by Trinidad LLC's is at travelbytrinidad.com/privacy-policy.

Bookings made through the Desire and Temptation links complete on Original Group's own booking site. Information you enter there goes to them under their privacy policy, not this one.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this site: a hosting and database provider, a bot protection service on our forms, a transactional email service, an advertising attribution partner (Meta), and the advisors' customer relationship system where your request is stored. They process data only to provide their service to us. Provider names are available on request.

How long we keep it

A request is kept while the advisor is working on it and for seven years afterwards for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, the same retention the advisors apply to booking records. Web logs are kept for a short period. You can ask us to delete a request that did not become a booking at any time.

Your choices

• Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to get a copy of it. California residents have the same rights and will not be treated differently for using them.
• Opt out of advertising measurement in your browser or device settings, or by declining the pixel where your browser offers that choice.
• Unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link in that email.

Where your data lives

We are based in the United States and your information is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer.

Age

Our sailings are for adults, and this site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
