Book with NautirFares are per sailor, as published by the cruise line, and they move. Book with Nautir sends a request, it does not charge anything. An advisor picks it up and takes you through cabin choice, deposit and payment dates.
Regular Virgin Voyages sailings with a lifestyle group aboard, not a chartered ship. Everyone else on board is a normal passenger, so the group sets its own tone rather than the ship setting it. Headcount is visible in the app only to verified members who have opted in, and only once at least three are going.

Book with NautirA full-ship lifestyle charter is a different thing from a group sailing. The operator takes the entire vessel, so every guest aboard is there for the same event under the same rules. Couples only, 21 and over, clothing optional in designated areas.
A sailing you already picked, or a shortlist. We will be straight with you about which ship and which week actually fits, including when the answer is none of them.
Travel by Trinidad holds the booking. You pay the published fare, the cruise line pays us. Deposits, payment dates and documents run through one person instead of a call centre.
Your sailing opens in the Nautir app months ahead. Rooms, plans, port days, and the people you will actually be standing next to on embarkation morning.
A licensed travel advisor, and which one depends on the trip. Group and lifestyle sailings are sold by either Travel by Trinidad LLC or Off The Grid Getaways, whichever advisor picks up your request; that advisor is the seller of travel and your agent of record. Full-ship lifestyle charters are sold by Travel by Trinidad LLC only. Nautir Getaways is where the group is organised, not the seller.
No. You pay the operator's published fare. We are paid a commission by the cruise line or the charter operator, not by you, and we are not permitted to sell a lifestyle charter below the operator's published price.
A group sailing is a block of cabins we hold on a regular Virgin Voyages ship. Everyone else aboard is a normal passenger. A full-ship charter is the entire ship, chartered by a lifestyle operator, so every guest aboard is there for the same event under the same rules.
No, you can book without it. It is free, and it is the reason most people book through us: the rooms for your sailing open months ahead, so you meet the group before you are standing in the terminal.
Only to other verified members who have opted in themselves, only inside the rooms that require that opt-in, and never on your profile. On a getaway, a lifestyle headcount is shown only to opted-in verified members and only once at least three people are going.
On a lifestyle charter, one single guest can occupy a cabin as a third with one couple, on a restricted basis. On our Virgin group sailings there is no such restriction, solo travellers are welcome.
We will come back with what is actually available, what it costs, and whether it is worth it.
